You get to spend the day making memories and truly savouring each and every moment, because you know and trust that everything has already been done for you and your fiancée.

As ceremony time approaches, you head to The Rustic Ranch where the ceremony goes seamlessly. Afterwards, you sneak away for pictures while your guests enjoy cocktails and appetizers.

You have the most delicious dinner and listen to speeches of memories from the past while looking forward to the future. You then dance the night away, drop into bed and wake up with a smile, feeling like it was all a dream.

Our luxury barn offers a warm, indoor, elegant space for up to 80 guests from mid-May until mid-October.

In the spring of 2024, a brand new rustic outdoor pavilion is replacing our existing tents, allowing us to accommodate up to 140 guests.

    • Property set-up & tear down (ceremony area, Cocktail area, dinner area)

    • Multiple property decor/enhancements included (lanterns, candles, props, doors, windows, etc.)

  • Audio/DJ service

    • All day DJ provided for event, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dance

    • Speakers to cover full property indoor and outdoor

    • Wireless mic for the Officiant during your ceremony, as well as MC and speeches during the reception

  • Bartenders

    Smart Serve licensed bartenders provided with any bar choice

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Inside the barn, small intimate weddings of up to 80 guests.

    Pavilion larger weddings up to 140 guests.

  • No, we are fully licensed by the AGCO.

  • In short, no. Coordinating is included with the rental. Should you require morning of coordination that is fine, but coordination is not permitted at the venue.

  • 4pm ceremony, 6pm dinner, 8:30pm dancing, event concludes at midnight.

  • Absolutely! They have to have a registered business and be confirmed by The Rustic Ranch previous to you booking them.

  • No, we provide all certified staff.

  • Yes, we have a large grass pasture that provides lots of parking. Overnight parking is welcome for those who have had a little too much fun (if you know what we mean).
